Liane Monachesi Altamira is a senior human resources analyst with extensive experience in recruitment and selection, having held senior roles at AVITA® INSURTECH & LAWTECH and ATIVA GERENCIAMENTO DE RECURSOS since November 2021. Prior to these positions, Liane served as an HR Business Partner and a human resources analyst at Bomtrato from February to October 2021 and ASSIST CARD from May 2013 to August 2020, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and overseeing payroll and benefits reporting. Liane’s career in human resources began at Mundial Logistics Group, where Liane worked from September 2008 to August 2012. Liane holds a degree in Psychology from Faculdades Integradas de Ciências Humanas, Saúde e Educação de Guarulhos, completed in 2010, and has further education from FGV - Fundacao Getulio Vargas in 2011.
