At Lamoda Group, they served as Senior Project Manager, where they led projects that enhanced operational efficiency and increased production output. Levon further advanced their career at Flocktory, taking on the role of Head of PMO & BA, where they built a PMO unit and drove significant revenue growth through strategic initiatives. Currently, Levon holds the position of Head of Business Development PMO at Авито, managing multiple business units responsible for 25 billion Rub in revenue. They earned both a Bachelor's in Management and a Master's in International Management from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
