Robert Lindstrom is an accomplished Senior HR Manager with over 12 years of extensive experience in various facets of human resources, including recruitment and retention, change management, labor relations, conflict resolution, and benefits administration. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President - Client HR for the NW Region at Vensure Employer Services since August 2020, and holding roles such as Regional Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Director at Avitus Group since September 2006, Robert has a proven track record of collaborating with senior management to implement HR strategic planning. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager for the Coachella Valley Recreational and Park District from 2001 to 2003. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Paralegal Studies from Humphrey's College, earned between 1991 and 1995, and completed high school at Danbury High School in 1980.
