Elke Niemann

Elke Niemann is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in digital product design and branding. Currently serving as the Head of Design / Senior Product Design Manager at AVIV Group since June 2023, Elke leads a team of six experts in enhancing digital real estate platforms. Prior to this, Elke spent over four years at XING, progressing from Team Lead UX to Team Lead UX/UI, where a focus on UX and brand strategy resulted in cohesive customer experiences. Earlier roles include Design Lead and Senior Art Director at Zalando SE, shaping the digital experience of the online fashion store, and positions at MetaDesign and nulleins, contributing to branding and corporate identity initiatives. Elke Niemann holds a Diplom Designerin in Kommunikationsdesign from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin and a Staatlich geprüfte Gestaltungstechnische Assistentin in Graphicdesign.
