Florian Gaefke

Florian Gaefke currently serves as the UX Group Leader for Design Systems at AVIV Group since May 2021 and is also a writer for UX Collective since March 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Lead UX/UI Designer at XING from February 2018 to April 2021, and Senior User Experience Designer at Madhouse Communications from September 2016 to January 2018, where focus included UI/UX design and the development of corporate design manuals and style guides. Florian worked as a UX Designer at Madhouse Communications from September 2013 to September 2015 and as an Experience Designer at Sehfeld GmbH from November 2011 to August 2013. Earlier career experience includes a position as Tech Support and Project Manager at Sertronics GmbH from October 2006 to November 2011, as well as blogging for msi-wind.de from April 2008 to June 2010. Florian Gaefke holds a degree in Kommunikationsdesign from BTK Academy, completed from 2009 to 2012, and has additional training from DesignThinkers Academy.
