Olaf Zschiedrich is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Interim CTO at AVIV Group, where responsibilities include heading Product Development. As a Senior Advisor and fractional CTO/CPO, Olaf provides strategic guidance to various companies and investment firms, including Bain, Permira, Hellman & Friedman, and Inkef Capital. Previously, Olaf held the position of Senior External Advisor at Bain & Company, offering expertise in areas such as e-commerce and digital transformation. Additionally, Olaf was the Chief Technology Officer at Vestiaire Collective, overseeing technology operations and fostering a culture of efficiency within the organization. Olaf also served as an Advisory Board Member at Boats Group, known for operating leading recreational marine marketplaces. Education includes a Diplom Informatiker FH from FHTW Berlin and a Diplom Instrumentalist from the Academy of Music Hanns Eisler in Berlin.
