Ulrike Geissler

Ulrike Geissler currently serves as the Strategic HR Transformation Program Manager at AVIV Group, focusing on change management and enhancing HR delivery. Previously, Ulrike worked as an HR Consultant and Talent Advisor, collaborating with various companies to develop effective people strategies and operational foundations. At GoStudent, significant contributions were made during a scale-up phase by enhancing employee experience and HR governance. As VP People for Gorillas, Ulrike led the development of a scalable HR function across multiple European countries. Earlier experiences include roles at Wolt, OYO, and Delivery Hero, where strategic HR initiatives and operations were established and optimized. Ulrike's career began at MIIP, leading HR operations from the ground up, supported by a strong educational background in French language and civilization from the University of Paris I and professional studies from Université Paris Dauphine.
