However, safety concerns associated with aromatization have constrained the development of therapies based on testosterone.

The Solution

d3-Testosterone (d3-T) is an investigational androgen therapy designed to retain the beneficial effects of testosterone while resisting aromatization.

The compound is structurally identical to testosterone except that certain hydrogen atoms are replaced with deuterium, a naturally occurring isotope.

This molecular modification is designed to:
