the average Ugandan.
How we work
 Built for You product operates primarily on a business-to-consumer (B2C) model, selling predesigned houses directly to consumers.
 A consumer already in possession of vacant land would select a house design from our
catalogue of pre designed houses for us to construct for them. We offer a variety of options to
suit different budgets and preferences, with price points. This price includes the cost of
construction and all other associated costs until the completion of the construction.
 The selected design can be customized slightly to fit the consumer’s unique needs.
 The house is then built for the customer by Aviva on their land and handed over when all
construction is complete.
