Anna Kulacz

Aviva Health physician assistant Anna Kulacz MPH PA-C was born in San Antonio, Texas, but grew up in NJ. She attended Ramapo College of NJ where she majored in Biology and minored in Spanish and Psychology.

Afterwards she worked as a CNA for 1.5 years before returning to school to Touro University of California for a Master’s in Public Health with a global track. She then obtained her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at University of New England in Maine.

She chose Aviva Health for her first job out of school as she has always had a calling to work with those in rural underserved areas. Anna enjoys working in primary care with entire families where she can promote healthy lifestyles.
