CEO at Aviva Health

KC Bolton is the current CEO at Aviva Health. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Specialty Care at Bend Memorial Clinic, where they were responsible for the clinical operations and business oversight of 14 specialty departments consisting of over 200 staff and providers with an annual budget of over $80 million. KC has also served as a Healthcare and Leadership Development Consultant, and as the Chief Executive Officer of Bassett Army Community Hospital (BACH), responsible for the operation of Army medicine across the entire state of Alaska including the Fort Greely/Delta Junction community, Anchorage (Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson) and Fairbanks (Fort Wainwright). In their role as Regional Chief Operating Officer at Western Regional Medical Command, they served a population of over 25,000 beneficiaries for primary care, emergency, surgical, preventive, and behavioral health services.

KC Bolton's educational career includes a Master of Arts in Healthcare Administration from Baylor University, a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Oregon State University. KC also has certification from 6SigmaStudy in Six Sigma Yellow Belt and from Leadership Mechanics in Certified Facilitator, The Leadership Challenge. In addition, they are a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
