Polly Sepulvado

Dr. Polly Sepulvado works part time at Aviva Health helping people who live with arthritis and musculoskeletal symptoms.

Dr. Sepulvado graduated from LSU Medical School in New Orleans, served in the US Navy for four years, and practiced in Vicksburg, MS for 10 years. She then found beautiful Roseburg where she has lived for almost 28 years.

When not at Aviva Health, she enjoys family, fishing and quilting.
