Aditya Kumar has been working in the engineering field since 2008. In 2008, they started as a Design Engineer at STMicroelectronics, where they were responsible for RTL to GDS design flow for semi-custom digital circuits for mixed signal IPs. Aditya then moved to AMD in 2011, where they worked as a Co-op Engineer, responsible for analysis and design fixes for an array styled macro. In 2012, they were promoted to Design Engineer 2 at AMD. In 2013, they joined GLOBALFOUNDRIES as a Principal Engineer Design Enablement and was responsible for development of reference analog and mixed signal design flows and design guidelines for the customers using advanced technology nodes. In 2014, they moved to Microchip Technology as a Principal HF Design Automation Engineer, where they were responsible for maintenance of custom design flows for high-frequency, mixed-signal designs. In 2018, they joined TDK InvenSense as a Senior Staff Engineer and AMS Verification Engineer - Staff. In their role, they worked with MEMS, CMOS and SW design teams to develop and productize field test/calibration procedures for motion sensors. Aditya then moved to Aviva Links in 2021, where they currently serve as Principal Engineer and Senior Member Of Technical Staff.

Aditya Kumar has a diverse educational background. From 2000 to 2004, they attended Indian High School in Dubai, where they obtained a Senior Secondary School degree in Science, Maths, and English. Aditya then attended Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) in Varanasi from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering. In 2010, they obtained a MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida. Additionally, Aditya Kumar has obtained several certifications, including Behavioral Modeling with Verilog-AMS v14.2 Exam from Cadence Design Systems in September 2020, SKILL Language Programming vIC6.1.8 Exam from Cadence Design Systems in September 2020, Learning MATLAB from LinkedIn in August 2019, OneNote 2010 Essential Training from lynda.com in October 2014, and Python GUI Development with Tkinter from Lynda.com in June 2016.
