Claudia Chen

Claudia Chen has a long and varied career in finance, beginning in 1989 with a role as an International Tax professional at PwC. Claudia then moved to NeoParadigm Labs, Inc. in 1996 as Director of Finance, followed by a similar role at Transmedia Communications, Inc. (acquired by Cisco) in 1998. In 2000, they became the Director of Finance at Polaris Networks, Inc. and then moved to Atoptech, Inc. /Avatar Integrated Systems (acquired by Siemens) in 2008, where they held the roles of VP of Finance and Director of Finance. In 2017, they were a CFO Consultant for a JV of an auto manufacturer and a Fortune 500 networking company for connected cars technology. In 2018, they became the Head Of Finance/Advisor at Sonatus, and in 2019 they took on the role of Independent Board Director at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor, where they were part of the Audit Committee, Nominating and Governance Committee, and Chair of the Cybersecurity Committee. In 2021, they began working as the VP of Finance at Aviva Links, and also took on the role of Business Consultant to Executives at Supermicro.

Claudia Chen has a Master's degree in Taxation from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from National Taiwan University. Claudia also holds an Illinois Licensed CPA certification from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
