Bridgette Baca

Director, Foster, Adoption & Intensive Services Foster Care at Aviva

As the Director of Foster Family and Adoption, and Intensive Services Foster Care, Bridgette’s approach is inclusive and antiracist. She believes that every child has the right to grow up in a loving and stable home.

Bridgette has a master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge.

As a credentialed teacher, Bridgette has taught parenting for over 25 years and is a certified yoga instructor and postpartum doula.
