Amy Fitzpatrick

Amy Fitzpatrick is an experienced professional in the insurance and operations sectors. Currently serving as an Operations Business Partner and Business Manager at Solus since September 2021, Amy previously held various roles at Aviva from April 2017, including Motor Claims Manager and Desk Engineer Manager. Prior experience at Aviva Motor Insurance from July 2012 to September 2021 includes the positions of Claims Manager and Learning and Development Training Consultant, where involvement in a significant departmental relocation project showcased a strong capacity for handling challenges. Amy's career began as a Claims Handler, responsible for managing claims end-to-end while promoting a systems thinking approach. Education was completed at Bridgewater School in Worsley.
