Charlotte Jones

Charlotte Jones is the Group CFO at Aviva. Charlotte has previously served as the interim CEO at RSA, Chief Financial Officer at Jupiter Asset Management, and Head of Group Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Credit Suisse. Charlotte also spent nine years at Deutsche Bank, where they served as Deputy CFO & CFO Group Reporting. During their time at Deutsche Bank, they were responsible for the bank's external and management reporting, the group strategic and capital planning, performance measurement and reporting, as well as the finance lead for the group treasury function. Charlotte also represented the bank on the creditor's committee which negotiated the private sector involvement in the Greek government debt restructuring. In addition, they led the strategic project to set up the bank's non-core operations unit.

Charlotte Jones has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Financial Management & Economics from The University of Sheffield. Charlotte also attended Bury Grammar School (Girls) and ICAEW.

They are on a team with Doug Brown - CEO, Aviva UK & Ireland, Cheryl Toner - Chief Customer & Marketing Officer, and Andrea Montague - Group Chief Risk Officer. Charlotte Jones reports to Amanda Blanc, Group CEO.
