Deborah Fisher

Deborah Fisher is an experienced professional in talent management and development, particularly within the financial services sector. Most recently, Deborah served as Capability Lead for General Insurance and Global Talent and Learning Partner at Aviva from June 2022 to January 2023. Prior to that, Deborah held the position of Programme Director for both the Masters in Financial Analysis and Masters in Finance Programme, as well as Open Programmes at London Business School from December 2019 to August 2022. Deborah's earlier experience includes roles in talent management at AMP Capital and AXA Investment Managers, where Deborah worked as a Senior Talent Specialist and L&D Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Organisation Development & Change from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance from the University of Cape Town.
