Declan O'Rourke

Declan O'Rourke is the CEO of Aviva Ireland GI and a member of the UK/Ireland Executive Committee at Aviva. With a background that includes serving as the Commercial Lines Director at AIG Ireland and holding various roles in financial lines, finance, operations, and internal audit, Declan has extensive experience in the insurance industry. They have also contributed as a Board Member at Level Health and Laya Healthcare, and they are currently the President of the Insurance Institute of Ireland. Declan began their career as a Chartered Accountant at PwC before gaining further leadership experience across multiple organizations.
