Devnath Pai is an experienced marketing and strategic execution professional with a career spanning over two decades in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Planning & Strategic Execution Lead at Aviva since January 2016, Devnath has held multiple senior roles, including Senior Product Lead for Consumer Duty and B2B Marketing Lead. Achievements include the development of a B2B marketing strategy that significantly increased event registrations and LinkedIn engagements, as well as implementing customer retention strategies that resulted in substantial asset retention. Prior to Aviva, Devnath held leadership positions at Friends Life, HSBC Bank, AXA Corporate Benefits, and Zurich Insurance, demonstrating a strong track record in customer engagement and marketing communications. Devnath holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Exeter and a B.Sc. in Business Studies and Computer Science from the University of Wolverhampton.
