Donna Smith

Donna Smith has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having held senior positions at major companies. At Aviva, Donna serves as the Head of Schemes and Delegated Authorities. At Zurich Insurance, roles included Head of Underwriting Performance & Execution - Retail and Strategy Execution Manager. Previous positions at Lloyd's involved serving as Syndicate Business Performance Manager, while experience at Allianz Insurance included serving as SME Underwriting Manager and Underwriting Manager. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geographical Science from the University of Portsmouth, earned between 1996 and 1999.
