Jonathan Cater

Jonathan Cater is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Critical Illness Product Manager at Aviva since September 2007. In this role, Jonathan is responsible for overseeing critical illness products and the Global Treatment value-added benefit, including conducting annual product reviews and monitoring performance across various business functions. Prior to this, Jonathan held positions as a Protection Account Manager, Risk & Retirement Consultant, Sales Support, and in New Business Administration, gaining extensive experience in promoting protection products and supporting financial advisers. Jonathan contributes to community efforts through charity work with Un Techo para mi País in Chile, focused on improving housing standards in underserved regions. Jonathan earned a BA Hons in Criminology from the University of Hull.
