Kerry Chilvers

Kerry Chilvers is an experienced professional in the insurance and marketing sectors, currently serving as the Customer and Marketing Director for UK General Insurance at Aviva since July 2023. Prior to this role, Kerry spent nearly two decades at Direct Line Group, holding various positions including Brand Tribe Lead, Group Brands Director, and Marketing Director for Direct Line & Partnerships. Additional roles at Direct Line included Head of Marketing and Interim Marketing Director for Churchill Insurance. Kerry holds a BA Hons in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde, earned between 1995 and 1999.
