Malcolm Smith FRSA has extensive experience in promoting diversity and inclusion, particularly for individuals aged 50 and over. Currently serving as Age Champion within the GENERATIONS Steering Community at Aviva Broker UK since April 2018, as well as an Age Champion for the UK Diversity and Inclusion initiatives at Aviva since February 2016, Malcolm focuses on fostering sustainable employment opportunities for older workers. In addition, Malcolm has been a mentor with FiftyON EAST Community Interest Company since June 2014, providing skills support aimed at the same demographic. With a strong background in business development and mentoring, including roles at EasySoft Applications and The Prince's Trust, Malcolm has significantly contributed to programmes assisting older workers in achieving employability and self-employment skills.
