Max Henry

Max Henry is currently the Technical Reporting Lead at Aviva, operating within the CIO Office, and serves as an Academy Talent & Senior Scout for Blackburn Rovers Football Club. Previously, Max held various positions, including Branch Assistant at Movac Group Limited, Research Analyst at Manifest Information Services Ltd, and Financial Analyst at WTW. Max began their career as a Pool Lifeguard at Shotley Swimming Club and later contributed to FC Twente as a Scout and to Gallagher Re as a Market Security Specialist. Max earned a BA (Hons) in History from Anglia Ruskin University, graduating with a 2:1.
