Nicola Morgan

Nicola Morgan is a highly experienced Executive Assistant with a robust background in providing administrative and business management support to senior executives across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at Aviva since February 2016, Nicola has also held several key positions within Aviva including EA to the Global CEO General Insurance and EA to the Group Chief Executive Office. Prior to Aviva, Nicola accumulated extensive experience at ANZ, GE Capital, Goldman Sachs, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and HSBC, excelling in roles involving complex travel arrangements, board meeting logistics, and high-level stakeholder engagement. Nicola holds a Personal Assistants Diploma and ‘A’ Level Law from Chelmsford College of Further Education and Hylands Comprehensive, Chelmsford.
