Oliver Rudd

Oliver Rudd has extensive experience in the insurance industry, specifically in motor claims, having worked at Aviva since March 2006. Currently serving as the Head of Motor Claims Transition, Rudd leads a System Thinking review of Aviva Motor Claims. Previous roles at Aviva include Vice President of Auto Claims Canada, Head of Motor Claims, and Project Leader, emphasizing a commitment to customer service and operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes management of the Overseas Claims Team at Norwich Union International from January 2000 to March 2006. Rudd holds a Diploma in Business and Finance from Norwich City College and completed education at Broadland High.
