Richard Ballard

Richard Ballard currently serves as a Broker Development Manager at Aviva, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Business Development Manager at Aon from July 2018 to September 2022, focusing on broking new business for existing clients within the Global Inwards team. Richard's career began at KGM Insurance in May 2004, progressing from a Claims Handler to various roles, including Assistant Underwriter at MS Amlin, where responsibilities included overseeing a Cross Class Book of Business and serving as a Client Champion. Richard holds an education from Harlow College, completed between 1998 and 2000.
