Robert Temple

Robert Temple is an experienced security professional currently serving as the Head of Security Architecture and Cloud CISO at Aviva since December 2017, where roles have included Interim Head of Cloud Security and Senior Cloud Assurance Lead. Prior to Aviva, Robert held positions such as Lay Member at NHS Great Yarmouth and Waveney CCG and Product Owner Security at the Cabinet Office. Robert's consulting experience includes serving as Associate Director at Burning Tree Limited, and a significant tenure at BT, where roles included GM of BT Assure Cyber and Director & Chief Architect for the Security Platform. Starting a career as an Audit Senior at Coopers and Lybrand, Robert holds a Master of Arts in Law from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from the University of Nottingham.
