Stephen mc Carthy

Stephen Mc Carthy is a seasoned finance and actuarial professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Aviva Ireland GI since December 2016, Stephen has also held key roles in M&A and Corporate Finance and has been involved in various capacities at Aviva Canada, including Business Manager to the CEO. Stephen's experience encompasses risk modeling, business planning advisory, and product pricing, gained from previous positions at Zurich Life Assurance and Transamerica International Reinsurance. A graduate of University College Dublin with a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial and Financial Studies, Stephen is also a Board Member at Level Health as of January 2024.
