Tim Piper

Tim Piper currently serves as Head of Talent Management at Aviva, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Tim held various positions at Marks and Spencer from March 2018 to July 2021, including Leadership, Performance & Talent Management Lead. Tim's earlier experience includes a tenure at Barclays from November 2011 to March 2018, where roles included Vice President of Learning, Leadership & Talent Development and HR Advisor. Tim began a career in human resources at Saatchi & Saatchi as an HR Officer from January 2010 to November 2011. Tim Piper holds a 2:1 BA (Hons) in History from The University of Sheffield, earned between 2005 and 2008.
