Vicky Gianre

Vicky Gianre, Assoc CIPD, is an IT Business Partner at Aviva, having previously held various roles within the organization, including Governance & Planning Manager and Talent Advisor. They started their career in hospitality, working as a Front Desk Associate at Marriott International, where they consistently achieved high guest satisfaction. Vicky also served as an In-house Recruitment Manager and HR Administrator at 1to1 Advertising, where they developed screening criteria and managed recruitment processes. They hold a Level 5 CIPD Diploma in Human Resources Management from AVADO and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism.
