Wayne Kelly

Wayne Kelly has extensive experience in the technology and print management sectors, including roles at major companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Norwich Union, and Aviva plc. Beginning as a Mainframe Print / Reprographics Consultant at Norwich Union, Wayne significantly contributed to cost savings and the development of automated print services. Subsequent positions included serving as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at Spring Technology, where Wayne managed large-scale projects including the Aviva multi-million pound Oracle R12 upgrade program. At Aviva, Wayne held roles as both Mainframe Print Team Manager and Project Manager, leading transformative print projects and overseeing critical operational upgrades. Wayne holds a Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design from the Norfolk Institute of Art & Design.
