Richard Winslow

Richard Winslow is currently the Regional Director of Operations at Aviva Senior Living. Prior to this role, Richard served as the Regional Executive Director at Enlivant, where Richard was responsible for coordinating operational, financial, and marketing efforts for assisted living communities in Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. With a strong background in sales and business development, Richard has also held roles as the Executive Director at Arden Courts, The Harbor Court Independent and Assisted Living, and Summit Point. Earlier in their career, Richard worked as a Hospital Sales Representative at Lexi-Comp, Inc. and as a Commercial Loan Officer at Northern Savings and Loan. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Business Finance from PennWest Clarion.
