Chris Kohlbrecher is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development, quality assurance, and cybersecurity for medical devices. Currently serving as Director of Software, Quality and Cybersecurity at Avive Solutions Inc., Chris leads R&D efforts for innovative Sudden Cardiac Arrest response systems while overseeing vendor management and talent sourcing. Previous roles include Associate Director of Software Engineering at Illumina, where Chris directed a team in developing next-generation sequencing software, and Director of MMS Software and IT Integration at ICU Medical, managing a large staff and budget for advanced medical device solutions.
