Emily Bosisio

Emily Bosisio is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, human resources, and event production. Currently a member at Elpha since August 2021, Emily has previously served as Head of People Operations at Compound in 2022. At Skydio, from 2020 to 2022, roles included Enablement and Operations in Sales and Operations in Customer Success. Emily's tenure at Facebook between 2018 and 2019 involved implementing a work delegation strategy that notably reduced a reporting backlog by 67% and managing a high volume of escalated copyright infringement reports. Additional experience includes consulting roles at First Republic Private Wealth Management and Mercer, where Emily specialized in workflow documentation and human resources information systems, respectively. Co-founding Xenia Visuals, Emily led large-scale events and worked with prestigious clients, further demonstrating a strong foundation in the creative and operational aspects of various industries. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Yale University.
