Florian KOLMER

Florian Kolmer has extensive work experience in sales and business development. Florian currently holds the position of Sales Director - Africa, Turkey at Haivision since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at AVIWEST for a significant period of time. At AVIWEST, they held several roles including Sales Director - Africa, Sales Director - USA, and Sales & Business Development. In these roles, they were responsible for business development and sales activities in multiple countries, including France, Central Europe, North America, and Africa. Florian successfully established and expanded customer bases, opened new markets, and developed sales strategies. Florian also managed major customer accounts, implemented partner channel management programs, and handled project management for important projects. Additionally, they accurately forecasted revenue streams and developed tools for the sales team. Before AVIWEST, Florian Kolmer co-founded Naïs - Informatique & Télécom and worked as an R&D Engineer from September 2005 to December 2010.

Florian Kolmer earned their Bachelors's degree in Gestion/Responsable des Systèmes, Réseaux et LAN/WAN from École nationale supérieure des Télécommunications de Bretagne between 2003 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Louis-le-grand in Paris from 2001 to 2003, specializing in MPSI, MP*.
