Phuc Le has been working in the technology field since 2010. In 2010, they began as a System QA Engineer at Sunera Technologies, where they performed product verification of layer 2 and layer 3 network protocols for Blade Network embedded and top-of-rack Ethernet switches, wrote and edited test scripts to automate test cases using iTest Fanfare automation tool, and reported bugs and worked with the development team to resolve them. In 2011, they moved to IBM as a Software Development Engineer In Test, where they used Fanfare iTest to write test scripts to automate test cases for IBMNOS releases, ran regression test suites for every IBMNOS releases, reported and verified bugs, and collaborated with the development team to develop the Python scripting support (On Box Scripting) and ZTP (Zero Touch Provision) features for IBM top-of-rack switches. In 2014, they joined Lenovo Data Center Group(ROM) as a Software Automation Test Engineer, where they designed, developed and maintained automation test framework as well as managing script repositories for the whole SQA automation team, wrote test scripts to automate new test cases to increase the automation regression coverage, and reported and verified bugs found during the test scripts development. In 2022, they began their current role as Principal Engineer at Aviz Networks.

Phuc Le has a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
