Soumen Sarkar

Soumen Sarkar has a diverse and extensive work experience in talent acquisition and consulting. Soumen is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at AVIZVA. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Director and Director of Talent Acquisition at Success Pact Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Soumen also had a role in executive search, leadership, and lateral hiring in the technology sector at Various Consulting. Before that, Soumen held positions as the Head of Technology eCommerce & Consulting Practice at ABC Consultants, Regional Business Manager of the IT Practice at Manpower India, and Business Head of the IT Vertical at Anlage HRO Services. Soumen also worked as a National Manager at Manpower India and had various sales and staffing roles in different companies. Soumen Sarkar's work experience spans from 1998 to the present.

Soumen Sarkar completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics with honors from Delhi University from 1993 to 1996. Afterward, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing at the International Management Institute - IMI from 1996 to 1998.
