Crha Patrick Sauve

Patrick Sauve, CRHA has had a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Patrick is currently the Vice President Human Resources and Communications at Avjet Holding, a position they have held since February 2022. Before joining Avjet Holding, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Osisko Mining from May 2021 to February 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at IAMGOLD Corporation, including Human Resources Manager from March 2019 to May 2021 and Human Resources Business Partner from January 2018 to May 2021. Earlier in their career, Patrick worked as an HR Business Partner at Rio Tinto, Fer et Titane Inc. from August 2015 to January 2018, and at Rio Tinto Alcan in various positions such as Sr Human Resources Advisor, Conseiller RH - Relations de travail, and Conseiller en ressources humaines - Développement organisationel from 2006 to 2015.

Patrick Sauve, CRHA has a Master's degree in Gestion et developpement organisationnel from Universite Laval, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Relations industrielles from Universite de Montreal, which they earned from 1998 to 2007.

In addition to their academic degrees, Patrick Sauve has a certification from the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA), which they obtained in May 2018.
