Baitao Zhou

Baitao Zhou is an experienced professional specializing in automotive cybersecurity, currently serving as an Automotive Cybersecurity Analyst at AVL Software and Functions GmbH. Since April 2021, Baitao has engaged in automotive cybersecurity consulting, focusing on standards such as UNECE WP. 29, ISO SAE 21434, and VDA Redbook. In addition, Baitao has held the position of Senior Engineer at the I2R-LTA Joint Lab in Singapore since October 2017, contributing to the Next Generation Traffic Light Controller project. Previous roles include Senior Engineer at the Land Transport Authority, where Baitao led several intelligent transportation system projects, Research Scientist at Singapore Polytechnic, Research Fellow at The Logistics Institute - Asia Pacific, and Research Assistant at Korea Aerospace University. Baitao holds a PhD in Image Processing from Korea Aerospace University, a Master's degree in Multimedia Retrieval, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Hefei University of Technology.
