Thomas Maurer

Thomas Maurer has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Thomas started their career at Daimler AG as a Technical Development and Testing/Validation Engineer from 1998 to 1999. Thomas then joined Continental as a Technical Development and Testing/Validation Engineer from 1999 to 2002. Thomas later became an Engineering Project Manager at Continental from 2002 to 2008. Since 2009, they have been working at AVL Software and Functions GmbH, where they initially served as a Principal Engineer from 2009 to 2010. Thomas is currently the Head of Customer Center and Key Account Manager at AVL, responsible for managing multinational and multilocational projects, business development, sales, and contract management. Thomas also serves as a coach and mentor and actively contributes to new ideas and initiatives.

Thomas Maurer attended Hochschule Landshut from 1992 to 1998, where they obtained a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) degree in Maschinenbau with a specialization in Fahrzeugtechnik.
