Ying Liu

Ying Liu is a professional with extensive experience in data management, software development, and project management. They have worked at AVL Software and Functions GmbH since August 2016, where they currently hold the position of Data Management Team Leader. Prior to this, they worked as a Department Manager and Software & Functions Team Manager. Ying Liu also has a background in telecommunications research, having worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Technische Universität Darmstadt from October 2013 to July 2016. They hold a Ph.D. in Electronic and Computer Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
