David D Bowne

David D Bowne is an experienced executive in the satellite communications industry, currently serving as President and COO at AvL Technologies since December 2022. Prior to this role, Bowne held the position of Chief Executive Officer and President at I.F. Engineering/CrossPoint Technologies from July 2014 to January 2023. Bowne also served as Vice President at ND SatCom from 2007 to 2014, where responsibilities included directing sales and business development for satellite communication networks. Earlier in the career, Bowne was Vice President of Sales for North America at General Dynamics SATCOM Technologies and Director of the Small Antenna Group at Vertex Communications. Bowne holds a degree in Business from the University of Texas at Tyler and attended Kilgore College.
