Cameron Haste

EVP & COO at Bay Federal Credit Union

Cameron was relocated to the Central Coast by Bay Federal in 1999. Prior to joining the Credit Union, he worked at regional and national banks and is excited to apply his experience at a locally owned financial cooperative. As a member of the Executive Team, Cameron partners closely with the CEO, EVP/CDO, and Board of Directors to ensure an alignment of strategy, objectives, and priorities. He is responsible for the business performance and leadership of member-facing channels, including: branches, consumer and mortgage lending, card products, electronic banking and investment services. Cameron focuses on creating a collaborative work environment in order to achieve results and deliver excellent service.

Cameron is active in the community and supports a number of causes important to him. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for Hope Rehabilitation Services and the Measure O Bond Oversight. He is also a member of the San Lorenzo Valley Rotary Club. Cameron studied at California State University, Dominguez Hills, and earned a bachelor’s degree in International Business. In addition, he is a graduate of the CUES CEO Institute and holds the designation of Certified Credit Union Executive. Cameron enjoys extreme travel experiences and spending time with his two children.
