Rich Tarpley is an accomplished industry leader with extensive experience in strategic product development and business management within the telecommunications and satellite communications sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Product Development at AvL Technologies since November 2015, Rich has previously held significant leadership positions, including President & CEO and co-founder of PathFinder Digital, LLC, and Founder, Owner, and President of Appalachian Broadband Technologies. Rich's background also includes co-founding StreamVu TV, serving as Vice President for IPTV Solutions at Wegener Communications, and holding various senior roles at BitCentral, General Instrument, COMSAT RSI, and Scientific Atlanta. Rich Tarpley holds a degree from DeVry University Atlanta.
