Esteban Olea Villanueva

Esteban Olea Villanueva is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in IT infrastructure and support. Currently serving as Gerente de Infraestructura y Soporte de Producción TI at AVLA since May 2022, Esteban is responsible for ensuring the efficient and secure operation of technological infrastructure, overseeing cloud solutions, and managing incident and change processes within production environments. Prior roles include Subgerente de Infraestructura y Soporte Producción TI at Falabella Financiero, where Esteban led DevOps automation initiatives, and various technical positions at Kuvasz Solutions S.A., where responsibilities included IT architecture, high availability design, and performance tuning. Esteban holds an Ingeniero en Informática degree from UNIVERSIDAD TECNOLOGICA DE CHILE and has completed diplomas in Ciberseguridad and Digital Business Transformation from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
