Ignacio Alamos has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ignacio is the CEO and Founder of AVLA, a pioneering financial services company in Latin America. Ignacio also served as the General Manager (CEO) of Avalchile Seguros de Credito y Garantia and a Board member of Avalchile. In 2017, Alamos founded CrediTu, a mortgage financing company, and iSiete Grupo Inmobiliario, a real estate development company focused on middle-class housing. Ignacio is also a member of YPO and a Board member of Bolsa de Productos. Alamos previously worked as CEO of Pyme Network and in investments at Devon. Ignacio started their career at McKinsey & Company and BICE/Rothschild.

Ignacio Alamos completed their education in two reputable institutions. From 1997 to 2002, they attended Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they pursued a degree in Ingeneiro Comercial with a focus on Finanzas. Following this, from 2008 to 2010, they enrolled in Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management for further studies. Here, they obtained an MBA with a specialization in Master of Business Administration.
