Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at AVLA is responsible for setting the strategic direction, overseeing governance, and managing the overall operations across all regions. This team ensures the effective execution of the company’s vision and goals by leading in areas such as risk management, talent acquisition, trade credit, compliance, operations, collections, property and casualty (P&C), and technology. They drive the company's growth and innovation while maintaining high standards of service and compliance across Chile, Peru, Mexico, and Brazil.
