Nithin D'Souza

Nithin D'Souza started their work experience in 2004 as a Technical Support Specialist and Team Supervisor at HP, where they provided voice support for the US consumer segment. Nithin also mentored agents on technical and organizational processes and led sales initiatives. In 2006, they joined Mindteck as a Trainee Engineer and eventually became a Senior Software Engineer and Module Lead. At Mindteck, they specialized in areas such as Internet of Things, embedded firmware and software development, and application and hardware development projects. In 2016, Nithin joined Bosch Global Software Technologies as a Senior Architect, focusing on conversational systems, AI, and automation. Nithin later took on the role of a Technical Program Manager, leading projects in conversational systems and AI. In 2022, Nithin joined Avlino as a Principal Solutions Architect.
